I hate to admit it
By Adam S. Wolpe on Apr 13, 2011
I am an incredibly stubborn person.... so needless to say buying this book was a huge step for me in regards to pushing my pride aside and realizing my social skills towards women needed a tune up. If you are like me you might feel some resistance towards admitting your game could use some work. A friend of mine actually had gone out with Adam on a few sessions personally and highly recommended him. If this friend wasn't my best, or someone I had trusted for years, I would have never considered a self help book like this. After reading this book I have noticed an immense change in my attitude which has not only transferred over to my work but just the enjoyment of life in general. I have been able to accomplish things in regards to meeting women that I never thought possible. After watching a few of Adams videos online I am in awe of what he has accomplished in regards to spreading his confidence to others. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK.
Nothing special, but it does put your head in ...

Has Helped Increase My sales
By Greg on Apr 13, 2011
To be quite honest, I was hesitant to pick up Adam's book at first. I didn't know what to expect, but after reading, I realized why I was aprehensive. I wasn't allowing myself to be exposed to something new, exciting, and something that could help me improve my life. Buying his book was step 1. Adam talks about taking risks; exiting your comfort zone and embracing the unknown. Something as simple as picking up his book has actually changed my life for the better. And I think it's important to extract your own meaning from his book. For me, I wanted to increase my sales at my job. I needed that extra push, the help to break through my plateu. Adam helped me. I'm more comfortable with people and it's evident in my paycheck. I take more risks, I'm more confident, and people have responded positivly to it!
An Outstanding Approach to Personal Development Through Dating
By Marc Wayshak on Apr 11, 2011
This book is an outstanding combination of both top notch (and usable!) dating advice and confidence booster. Few books are able to bring both concepts together as effectively. Most that I have read in the past are either one or the other. The very idea of social freedom requires that we develop ourselves from the inside out. And not only is developing social freedom useful for dating, but it is also incredibly useful for career and personal life. LoDolce captures us with his incredible personal story of transforming from an introvert to a dynamo. He quickly goes on to provide a step by step plan on how to become better at meeting people. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking to become better at finding more dates or just generally improve their people skills.

A great resource for anyone
By Kjp1128 on Apr 25, 2011
As a person who is in Adam's target demographic for this book, I can honestly say after reading this book that it's given me some great perspective into my social interactions. The book itself is an easy read with great advice and practical insight supported by exercises to enable yourself to feel socially free and confident in any social situation. Whether it's in the office or out at the bar, I've been able to apply the insight and exercises from Adam's book. Most importantly, since the transition to social freedom is a process I often find myself referring to Adam's book as a resource for on-going exercises and advice. It's certainly a worthwhile read for anyone!
A practical guide for building social freedom

If you're only going to read one book on self-improvement this year, get Being Alone Sucks. LoDolce shares his inspiring story of personal transformation, followed by a practical, step by step methodology for transforming your dating/social life and building social freedom. Adam first challenges us to step outside of our comfort zone. He then shows us how to create attraction, boost confidence, and be our true selves in any social situation. The techniques and strategies outlined in this book have had a profound effect on my personal and professional life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get more out of life.

Adam really hit the core points in this book that I think people would normally think of as common sense, but he really takes it to the next step to provide insight you're not going to find anywhere else. He truly seems like a master of his craft and definitely knows what he's talking about. His personal experiences seem to reflect through his work and I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for an interesting read on a topic everyone thinks they know about, but really might not be as adept as they think.
Fantastic, Inspiring Speaker
By Will Connolly on Apr 14, 2011
I have known Adam for a few years now. Since the start of his 'transformation' he has worked full-time at developing his persona, and his skill set, and it shows in how he has developed. He is a fantastic, motivating public speaker, and the lessons he shares in his book (and his presentations) are fun, logical, and inspiring. I believe Adam will ultimately achieve HUGE things in his career, and this book is the start of that rise. I'd recommend it with 5 stars!
