IT WAS NOT NEW!

By Jhjhjhj on Jan 16, 2013

I never had problems buying from Amazon, and when I do buy, I always buy strictly from Amazon because I feel that what they describe the product as will be correct. However I was very disaapointed with this purchase because the desrciption said the book was BRAND NEW however once I got it and began reading it, I found underlining and writing in it! So, this book was obviosly used and they passed it off as new. For the amount of money spent on this book, I am very disappointed.

Great book for any intro into social work class.

We used the book all the time. Very easy to understand and comprehend. I passed the class no problems by using the book.

I am satisfied with this order. I needed this book for one of my classes and it arrived just in time. The quality is great, and even though it does have some markings and highlighted parts, it was a great deal. Thank you!

Required Textbook

By Brakeman on Jun 08, 2013

My daughter needed this book and as is with anything today that is a requirement such as a college textbook the prices are way nuts. My daughter was only given 7 days notice that she was accepted that semester so we had to scramble. Amazon had a good price compared to some others and the books were delivered promptly.
