I Can Count Money is an example of procedural nonfiction and as such it does succeed, The book lacks an introduction which gives the feeling that it s a bound set of practice pages. The first page identifies coins and bill denominations. Each subsequent double page spread covers a different money topic which is made clear by the headings, The book is designed to be intereactive and askes questions of the reader. It does conclude with a review. Students who need practice with money math will find this title helpful.
