must have if studying to become a wellness coach

this is an excellent, in-depth and practical resource for those studying to become a wellness coach. It would increase the ease of use if the book was tabbed by chapter.

Right to the Point Explanations of Coaching Techniqes with Primary Source References

The material is clearly stated without unnecessary fluff and gets right to the point for easy understanding. This manual is an excellent reference for primary sources for research in multiple disciplines.

Great resource

This book is full of helpful information! So glad I purchased it so I can go back and reference it. Well written, easy to understand.

Must Read Manual for Coaches

This manual is a must have/read for any coach - in any field of coaching - for learning all the skills and know-how that go into a masterful coach's toolbox. The information presented, as well the writing itself, is cutting edge, extremely helpful, and incredibly wise. It is the best blend of science, intuition, and experience. I also recommend participating in Well Coaches training as well, which is so helpful for practicing and networking, etc.

There are better, more instructive and constructive books out there and for a much better price.

First of all, for the price, you should get something with a little more meat in it. Second, I could have taken this in to copy and bind it for much less than the cost. Third, the information was sub-par and much of it could be found on the internet for free. I was going to take the course, but I think I'll save my 1,000 plus plus dollars.

Great health coaching resource

I was considering taking the training to become a certified health and wellness coach, so I bought the book. It's a great resource. Well researched and yet not too clinical. I decided to take the training this spring and I'll keep the book as part of my professional library.

Excellent resource for coaches

An easy to understand book of instruction and theory. This book is clearly written with helpful examples of HOW to use the information and theories discussed!

Excellent Coaching Resource

I am taking a coaching course which requires this book. It is outstanding and I will always use it as a resource long after the course is over.

Love this Book!

I have taken the WellCoaches Training at my local college and look forward to taking the test a getting my Wellness Coach certificate.

Great Book

Not just for coaching - This book can be applied to so many different aspects of life. It teaches great communication skills.
