This book is highly insensitive, unimaginable and very conformative. If you are like me, and needed this text for a college course, only buy it used. Once you are done with the class, give it to someone who needs it for a class for free. It is that bad.

Had to buy it for a course I'm taking but don't agree with most of what the author is spouting about.

This book is long on "for instance" real world examples and short on a more academic approach. If my instructor wasn't lecturing on the chapters, I would be lost. Also, was unable to get this book used..its VERY expensive

The ease oh having the book in digital form on my iPad is the best! I no longer have a pile of books each quarter for school.

I read this for my class on culture as it relates to conflict and conflict resolution. I found the book interesting, easy to read and informative. (Some books are pretty dry, this is a graduate course.)
