The pediatric population is a dynamic group, with major changes in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics taking place throughout infancy and childhood. Because of these changes, the need for the evaluation and establishment of medication dosing regimens in children of different ages is great. The Pediatric Dosage Handbook, 17th Edition, continues to be the trusted resource for all medical professionals managing pediatric patients.
Great resource for the communitry Pharmacist

I used the same book while on my pediatric rotations, so it just made sense to continue to use it in my practice now that I've graduated. Especially since we get so many questions about pediatric dosing for both rx and OTC products for children.

This edition has many more pages than the last. It still offers the reader great tables in the appendices that groups drugs together which is very helpful for review. A must in practice.

Great Peds Drug Reference

This book is the best reference I've found for peds prescribing. I was happy with the price as well. If you work in peds or are doing a peds rotation this is a must.
