The book is a required course material. The choice of this material was not my own; however, the book is easy to read and follow clearly.

Excelent book. Content very interesting but previous edition had a better quality in hardcover. Too expensive, I expected better quality

The overall book was fine. Information provide was relevant and helpful scenarios throughout the book. I rented a used book so there was writing and highlighting in the book but not enough to distract me from the material.

Tort Law provides so much information in preparing a case. Although its required reading for a class, it also a great guide to how tort law works for the average citizen. The case subjects are great in helping the reader get a better understanding of the issues.

Good looking book ..... I have not had the opportunity to use or read it but plan on doing so next week when I start my class. I only wish that it could have had a hard cover to protect the book because of its size. However, the contents look good. Marie in Oviedo

Although I knew the book was used. It was priced way to high for the condition it was in. The front cover is so worn that is folds over and is bent. It is not hardback it is paperback and thus quite worn. It should have been priced more like $45 instead of $70. Ramona R. Williams

Book is great, but I wish I had access to the online help content. It would've been nice to be able to use the exercises online.
I am very satisfied with it

This is an excellent book for a paralegal student or anyone interested in tort law. Tort Law was the required text for the class and I was most fortunate that Professor Trish Kirtley Wells was the instructor. She knew the material well and was able to give analogies that only the author of a text could. I can't imagine a paralegal student returning this book. It should be part of their repertoire just as the U.S. Constitution and Black's Law Dictionary.
