Synopsis
Not only does Randall have to adjust to the fact that his parents have separated, he also has to move to a new house in a different neighborhood and that means a new school. Randall worries how he'll fit in with his new third grade class, especially because the school year is almost over and all the other kids have been together, and getting to know each other, for months. Determined to make a name for himself at his new school, Randall enacts a secret plan that he hopes will make him the most popular kid in the class. Occasional b&w drawings accompany the text. When Randall changes to a new school, he pretends to be an anonymous hero until, when his third grade class plans a fundraiser, he finds that being himself is good enough.
