Where's my order? When
you placed your order, it was handled by the individual store, and not
AllBookstores.com. You must contact the store you purchased from to check the status
of your order.
How do I track my order? Some
of our merchant stores offer online order tracking, and others have an email

How do I contact the merchant store I
purchased from? If you have general
questions about your order or you need to contact the store you purchased
from, you can find email addresses and contact phone numbers both toll free
and international (if available) here.
How do I return or cancel an item? AllBookstores.com
does not take your order when it is placed. When you click on our
"Buy" link, you are taken to one of our merchant partners to
complete the transaction. Because of this, you'll need to return the product

I'm having trouble with a stores
website, or order form. Please contact
the individual store to report any problems or difficulties with the use of
their site.
I've tried to reach customer service at
a store, but they won't respond. Let
us know by email, the store
name, your order number, and a description of the problem and we will try to
resolve it.
